I grew up in SW Portland (Wilson graduate) and now teach American Sign Language, which I learned during college in New York. Before working at Lincoln, I taught 6th-8th grade at Arbor School in Tualatin. I got my undergraduate degree in Linguistic Anthropology and Studio Art at NYU and my Masters of Arts in Teaching at Marylhurst University through the Arbor Center for Teaching. Outside of school, I like playing soccer, being on the water, hiking, and playing guitar and piano.
